Trans Inclusive Resources List
Trans inclusive, trans-led and trans-centering resources can be tricky to find. Here is a small selection of groups which I have either attended myself or which others have found helpful for mental health, depression, anxiety and stress.
This small list reflects my personal interests and discoveries: art, discussion, movement (yoga and meditation, group fitness training), poetry. It is by no means exhaustive.
The groups I have listed welcome people from different locations. However bear the location/timezone in mind when joining events and check if there are any special joining details. :)

DISCUSSION
QTIBIPOC Chat on Zoom
WEDNESDAY evenings.
“It’s for all black, indigenous, mixed heritage, People of colour across the gender spectrum. It started off as a group primarily for Black gender non conforming trans masculine people, like myself, but I soon realised it’s a space that everyone needed, and we can learn so much from eachother of differing gender experience, so it’s open to all people across the gender spectrum including trans women, trans feminine, non binary, and gender questioning people.” For adults.
